We got off to a bad start. Twice I was there at 9am, the window printed time for opening, no one turned up till after 9.30 first day. I was not prepared to wait so long next day and left at 9.10sm still no one arrived. So I ordered on line and it was a trial and a half. Phone was on speaker phone and we repeated everything twice from what I was ordering to credit card details. Not a good experience. Hopefully the product doesn't take as long to arrive
