Aside from the delicious food, the staff are SO incredibly friendly & generous - went in right on closing time and was still served with a smile, offered some freebies & was told whatever isn’t sold is donated to nourish for nil!! Incredible people, and food - BEST bakery in town :)
Awesome! Great service and delicious food, the cheese and bacon sausage roll is awesome. My friend had to get a second steak and cheese pie because it was SO GOOD!!
Probably one of the best bakeries in town. It's become my new favourite. Super good pricing too ($20 for 5 items!!! Cheap as in this current economic climate!) for food that was delicious. Service was wonderful the woman serving at the front was so smiley and quick to serve! Definitely coming back for more!
This shop must be popular, as I came here after lunchtime and the pie cabinet was cleaned out, with a few left. I grabbed the last cheeseburger pie, and the guy behind me was gutted that I got it before him. Then he said after I paid, "You've got a good pie there." - Cheeseburger pie 8.1/10 Two patties, cheese, bacon mustard, and relish disguised In a pie. It was surprisingly damn good, but I looked at it and wondered if it was still good in a bun instead of pastry. Overall, it was different, but it is a must try.
Brisket Pie, absolutely the best pie I’ve had and considering my locals are Dairy Flat and Torbay who win multiple awards, this is the one you must have A+++
Went there today for the first time got the brisket pie and bacon and cheese sausage roll great flavors friendly service and value for money would highly recommend
Hawke’s Bay, we have a winner! Easily the best pies. I have tried here in the bay and I have been on the serious hunt for a good pie. The brisket Pie smashed it out of the park could easily up the price on it. It was so good I forgot to take a photo of it, but here’s a photo of the almost as good steak and cheese pie.
Googled ‘best pies near me’ and Shaneo’s came up. Seriously amazing pies: steak & cheese, chicken & veg, and cheeseburger all got glowing reviews
Lovely staff serving homemade pies with good selection of flavours. My slow cooked pork belly pie was delicious,great flaky pastry bake on the top and bottom
