Lady in the shop was super lovely, pies there are always really good. saw she had Cornish pasties so I told her I was from Cornwall and she gave me a free pie and pasty. Absolute legend
The atmosphere from the outside looked great and the staff member who served us was friendly and helpful however the our pie and hot drinks were only just warm. Bit disappointing really
Quite possibly the worst pie of my life. Pastry was rock hard and flavourless. My guess is they’ve cut back drastically on butter. Went there because they used to be epic pies. Turns out they’ve sold. Don’t waste your money.
The barista greets me with a smile, remembers my order, and makes the most delicious coffee. It’s more than just great coffee — it’s the kindness and warmth that make this place so special.
Quality and service has plummeted since the change of ownership. The pies have more pastry so less filling than before. The selection. is greatly reduced and there's often little choices by lunchtime. All of the lovely staff have gone elsewhere. On the plus side, I'll be saving money and carbs.
Beautiful food, clean and friendly, nicely priced.
Best sausage rolls on the North Island and I won't hear anything to the contrary.
Nice staff, decent coffee Pies were just jelly unfortunately literally jelly and cheese for the first 3 quarters of the pie
Catered for my daughters baby shower at short notice. Maree was so helpful and came up with such great suggestions. When I collected my order I found that they had gone above and beyond and created an extra plate of beautiful tiny hearts. All the food was simply delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Thank you, can’t recommend highly enough.
