One of my favs in the Hawkes Bay. Great variety of pies(pork &watercress, thain grencurry chicken etc!), beautifully crafted club-sammies, well made coffee, and open early (from 5am).
The rumours about this place are true! Hubby had a steak pie, nice and meaty. I love an egg bacon and cheese muffin and found one in the warming cabinet, it was delicious. It is a casual bakery atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating, even outdoors.

We needed something quick and the bakery address our need. My date scones was nice and my wife's pie delicious. Will visit again when in Napier
Bacon quiche was way to salty, cream donut was yumm and ice-coffee was perfect... Place was abit untidy, no trays for putting yr plates on and no tongs available...got young girl to get food out which she did with gloves on
