“I had exceptional service today. I was asked if help was needed and then left to shop for what I wanted as i indicated. When I needed help, it was most definitely helpful and informative, the staff member looked up stock around NZ and eventually we narrowed my search to a boot in store closing the sale with my cool new boots. I'd looked at shop reviews prior and now wonder if "negative experiences" are mostly caused by the customers attitude or communication problems. My experience was awesome.”

“A spontaneous stop on the way to Chartwell & my friend & I were glad we did. A cafe that is airy, clean & spacious..nothing over the top fancy, just simple, comfortable & peaceful. We shared: egg sandwiches, sausage roll & apple strudel. Well..the tastiest egg sandwich in a long time, & had to be the best strudel I've ever had..yum & only slightly heated perfectly. My friend enjoyed her coffee & I changed my mind at last moment from coffee to try an iced chocolate..it was delicious with good amount of chocolate..nice chocolate too. I will be back when on next trip from Whangarei to visit family..for sure. O..I also brought a macadamia toffee n chocolate cookie which I ate on travel home that evening! Yum. Lovely staff! Footnote: I wrote the above over 2 years ago..I still pop here every time I'm in Hamilton..their Ginger crunch is the best..but not to eat straight away-let it come to room temperature soo best to takeaway..I suggest. Haven't had macadamia toffee crunch for ages though..I just remembered about this treat after reading the review I first wrote.”

“I had change my own suspension in my falcon and there was some noise coming from the front ones, I thought I had installed them wrong, rung Bruce up at Mag and Turbo told him the problem took in to them just to have a look with in 20 min, half and hr said everything was fine quick easy and I was out of there awesome service Great people”

They take there time to listen to you. Will even size you up They don't force you to buy anything you don't want.
