   Hello, I bought a Grab One voucher for $169 at Vivo. I went along to Chartwell, and 'L' tried to to give me what I asked for being: a blue fringe with 2-4 strips of navy blue throughout my hair. 'L' said, I would need to pay a further $40 for this to be done, which I happily paid. After the first attempt, not much happened so 'L' tried again a few days later and I got the navy blue fringe - perfect, awesome uumm oopsie, the blue bled into the other colour in my hair and the staff at Vivo learnt something new that day, because it turned a colour, a bit like "the sea" - or more turquoise I guess. I had to stay with this colouring for a few days over a weekend, until I could get in again, for them to strip the colour out. I went back for a treatment a few days later, compliments of Vivo due the trouble I've had. I also bought a treatment pot to do it myself, as my hair has become extremely dry as. There is no more moisture - at all - in my hair. I feel I have wasted the $209 that I paid through Grab One. I've never had something go so wrong before, but the Manager has been super lovely about it, and very accommodating to try to fix it. Its hard to fix the dryness that it has now been caused I guess, so although Vivo has done their best to make me happy, it has been a total waste of my money and time. The Manager at Vivo is so lovely to deal with, and all the staff are awesome friendly, professional, people. After discussions with Vivo, we came to an agreement, in which they stripped all traces of the blue out and gave me a different colour, (nothing like blue). I am happy to wave good-bye to blue in my hair forever. This was a very challenging situation but it has ruined my hair massively. I can not stress that enough I really do wish I had never started that particular journey. I will not buy a grab one voucher again for Vivo or anywhere. So many months later, I had to cut ALL my hair off because it was so very very dry even after treatments etc. My scalp was sore as if the products when striping etc had burnt my scalp and was extremely itchy. I bought some head & shoulders shampoo which helped to ease the itch. I am still using a leave in conditioner months & months later as well as the head & shoulders shampoo. STILL So frustrated. Ros

   Got my hair washed and styled by Maddy, absolutely loved it. She even catered for my mother even though both of us didn’t have an appointment. Absolutely impressed by her work and service. Will definitely come again❤️

   Went in early this morning to book an appointment, they weren't too busy so gave me a consultation right then and were able to book me in for the same day. Laura was absolutely amazing and did an awesome job on my hair. I wanted to start the lightening process on my coppery brown hair to eventually get a blonde balayage. She was able to get it to a beautiful cool tone medium/dark blonde in the first appointment without any damage, while blending my natural roots in perfectly, and it cost exactly what was quoted. I am super happy and have already booked in my next appointment!
