Such welcoming staff with a great range of footwear. I myself have a pair of summer sandals, the style is easily dress-able wether up or down with quality wear, overall super comforting fit on my feet very happy with my choice :)
Was an absolute delight shopping here! Super friendly ladies, such impeccable service, I enquired as to their names as rarely do you get such great retail service these days. Abbey and Jasmine they were and certainly had great product knowledge especially in assisting what I was after. Certainly an asset to your company! Would definitely recommend a visit here.
Had a fantastic experience here! The beautiful woman who served me was so kind and helpful! I was trying boots and sneakers, and she was back and forth, collecting me with all different colors and sizes. She was so easy to talk to and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I walked out with beautiful boots that I a. so excited to wear! Shout out to her for the great service (she had glasses, cute denim outfit with a blue cardi).
I had exceptional service today. I was asked if help was needed and then left to shop for what I wanted as i indicated. When I needed help, it was most definitely helpful and informative, the staff member looked up stock around NZ and eventually we narrowed my search to a boot in store closing the sale with my cool new boots. I'd looked at shop reviews prior and now wonder if "negative experiences" are mostly caused by the customers attitude or communication problems. My experience was awesome.
Amazing service and really helpful thanks
I'm sick of the terrible customer service from the staff here. I was in the store today. I was the only customer, holding 3 pairs of shoes to try on. They just couldn't be bothered. They were too busy talking and when the retail assistant did decide to 'help" me with sizing, she still couldn't be bothered. She pretended to look for other sizes. She was clearly disinterested and lazy. I probably would have spent $700 . But i left instead. Your loss Merchant.
Service was great, we were looked after very well. Limited selection but the staff there still help us find something to fit our needs. Went for quality shoes, left with quality shoes.
Looking for new shoes. Waited a while but the staff could not be bothered so we just walked out. Second time now the staff too busy talking to each other than serving customers
