   If you really care about your hair, do not go here! This place has such a high turnover over of staff and a lot of muck ups with bookings etc. The customer service 0800/email is appalling. My appointment was cancelled by them a week before my wedding and I turned up to no stylist. Was quite stressful! The girl on that day was really nice and quickly put in a colour for me, but I then had to race home to wash it out. Not ideal, but at least she tried to help. I asked for a manager to get in touch but got nothing but tumble weed. *****in response to the reply***** Thanks for getting in touch. It would have been under my maiden name.    Went to vivo tauranga crossing and was severely let down. However i was offered an appointment with Magic in Cambridge free of charge to make up for it and she listened and talked with me about what I wanted and what would work best and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommend her.

   Don't know how they had my review removed but I'm back to show how bad of a job they did with my hair. They're unprofessional and don't know how to work with Dark hair. I asked for balayage, which I previously had done in Auckland that was perfect, the girl assured me she could do the same as I had previously. The girl went off and worked on someone else's hair leaving the bleach in for far too long, I even advised my scalp was burning, when she started to remove the foils all my hair was coming out with it and she had done them so high, not balayage at all. She was shocked I didn't like my hair, I told her dead set it looked terrible! When I complained they gave me a refund but it cost me almost 5 times that to fix the damaged that was done to my hair, ended up having to cut most of it off. See morange pics below. I went in with dark, healthy hair and walked out with road kill for hair. Would highly recommend going anywhere but Vivo.

   I'm really disappointed cause my previous experience was really good. But this time it was horrible. The haircut is definitely not what I asked for and it's not even a proper haircut or egal both side. I got scalp problems and Laura leave me with dandruffes for long minutes in front of the others clients not brushing the main off. Ask me for a drink that I have to drink so fast at the end of the appointment and thay I can't enjoyed. I ended to ask a product for my curls and it doesn't match my hair nature, no good advice on their own products.

   Wow wow wow amazing! Saw Laura today after not going to a hairdresser for two years she toned and cut hair and I am so happy. Have had so many comment's already. Super super happy will now be keeping up my visits.

   My hair dresser was Zach and he has, hands down, been my favourite hairdresser. I organised my appointment all online with Ashlee who was also AMAZING to deal with. I have asian hair and Zach was able to lighten and colour perfectly! He was so much fun to chat to during the appointment and taught me a few things along the way to ensure I felt comfortable with all the decisions he was making. He also taught me how to curl my hair. As someone who has travelled from overseas and never used a NZ hairdresser, I would come back any time I can and see this man! Thanks for your time and efforts Zach!
