   On 9/10/2025 I bought the Frisco X Womens down hooded jacket and Jordan from the Te Rapa branch was awesome! He was patient, polite, and very informative throughout the whole process. He helped us find the exact jacket we were looking for and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, Kathmandu always delivers with durable, high-quality products, but it was the excellent customer service that really stood out this time. We left very happy—thanks again, Jordan!

   Really good customer service here today. Bought a couple of rain jackets and a hat and Ben was great. He was very helpful and gave us some really welcome tips about garment care. This experience adds to the great experience I also had at the Centre Place branch. Kathmandu have awesome gear and the people I’ve met who work there are awesome too. Well done!

   Phoned Te Rapa kathmandu the other day from chch looking for a pair on pants which was sold out on line and in store in Chch. Spoke with Jordan who not only advised that he could source them for me but also could do an instore transfer , he would call back when confirmed. A day later he rang and I now have the pants ...excellent customer service Jordan, you are an asset to the business. The reason i had rung this store was no other staff member at other stores i had previously rung had offered to source on my behalf, all i was told was to ring round, which is why I rung Jordan.

   Really well set out store for all your camping and out door needs. Helpful staff. Parking out front. I picked up this amazing beach/ camping buggy. Fits all the bits and kids ride along. Went back to pick up a nifty beach shelter man it's so cool and so easy to setup even in the wind.
