   We bought our TriStar Hot Spring Spa through Phil Brown at the Hamilton branch and could not be happier with the service we received. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose the right spa for our needs. Totally recommend this spa for 2 adults but a little cramped with 3, but great if 3rd person is a child.

   Amazing spa and Amazing service. We walked in and was a little unsure of the model etc we wanted. The gentleman that served us, listened and recommended the absolute best spa for us!!!! They delivered, installed, checked everything, we just knew we were in the right hands. Had follow up calls checking on how we were finding it, just that customer service that takes it to the next level. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality spa that has so much relaxation and enjoyment!

   Great guy Mike he'll help you out with what you need & he's got some really great spa's. He explains absolutely everything you need to know about spa pools & how to take care of them. Really appreciate the fact that delivery is included with the price along with top, steps, chemical starter & testing kits & few other thgs I think.

   We paid a deposit on a spa 2 years ago. Not only did Mike Rolfe at the Hamilton branch store it for 2 years, but when our circumstances changed he helped to negotiate a full refund - which he didn't have to. We are beyond relieved and if we ever talk about spas again it will be with a recommendation to this franchise. Thanks again.

   I wanted to get a replacement water side pipe gasket part for my SPA. As our New Zealand made SPA manufacturer was no longer in business I wondered around to this shop and asked if you could supply this gasket. There were no customers in this store and the sales guy completely turned me away as the SPA was not theirs. Our SPA was 12 years old and he could have sold me one but instead he turned me away. There is no wonder no one was at this shop. He may have to learn the customer service in this great city to attract customers. Apologies if I have offended any one.
