The shop was neat and tidy, good volume and temperature and most of all the woman who served us was just the right amount of helpful and kind.
I had such a fantastic experience here this afternoon! The staff member who helped me was friendly, helpful, and clearly knew her stuff. She took one look at me, knew my size instantly, and the very first bra she handed me was a perfect fit – no endless trying-on needed! It made shopping so easy and stress-free. I left feeling comfortable, confident, and so impressed with her knowledge. Highly recommend!
Well worth the drive out to from Hamilton. If you want friendly helpful cheery staff this is the place to go. Te Rapa and Riverlea need to take a leaf out of these girls book. They take there time to listen to you. Will even size you up They don't force you to buy anything you don't want. I walked in there lots of selection Well laid out Warm Inviting Walked out with 5 bras. Thank you girls Well done.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Kelly at Bendon today. A couple of weeks ago I brought some lingerie after a funeral, got them home and realised they were the wrong size when I went to wash them. (reminder - don't buy anything after a funeral!!) I didn't think it was my fault until I got to Bendon and realised after Kelly kindly but pointed out the hangers did not have sizing on them like I thought they had. Total egg on my face. She was very helpful though, exchanged the items and handled the whole situation very well. From one manager to another, thank you Kelly. We often don't get the credence we deserve. Well done. A very happy and loyal customer. :)
Managers customer service was absolutely appalling and she was very rude and grumpy. The other worker, (Sacha) she was absolutely amazing and didn't hesitate to go out of her way to help me find my very difficult size.
