   Had a delicious toasted sandwich & plate of fries. Very good service with friendly staff. Clean & tidy premises. Left my bag there by accident & they put it behind the counter & returned it to me when I came rushing up looking flustered. All in all a great place. Highly recommended.

   I ordered a few cabinet food items to take away, and the service was amazing. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made the visit really enjoyable. I had the salmon roulade, and I’ll definitely be going back for it—it was delicious! I also got the spinach and cheese scones. Will definitely be going back!

   Gloria Jean's Coffee never disappoints. Their coffee is always creamy and tasty! The specialty drinks are fantastic, with quite a few good options. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Definitely one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee!

   Excellent coffee and beautiful food, food was amazing! Great to see dietary options, vegan in particular. I customised my special meal, the staff paid a lot of patience! So glad we found this place after a long shopping day at the mall. Staff was excellent, I would recommend this place.

   Perfect spot to stop for lunch while shopping at Chartwell. Staff were all very friendly and the outdoor area is the perfect getaway from the noise of the mall and enjoy the fresh air whilst having a coffee and bite to eat. Couldn't decide what to drink so asked the staff member what she suggested and she recommended the creme brulee latte so I gave that a go. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was amazing and I couldn't have been recommended to anything better. The smashed avocado on toast with scrambled eggs that I got was made perfectly with just the right amount of avocado and perfectly scrambled eggs. Couldn't recommend a better place to go at Chartwell! Will definitely be back.

   Great coffee and cold drinks, food is decent, it's clean and good customer service. Some wheelchair accessible areas, toilets not far, plenty of parking and a nice outdoor seating area if it's nice weather. I totally recommend the cocoa loco cold coffee...it's awesome

   Food wasn't that good. Both me and my wife got eggs Benedict, while it looked good the fact was that the bacon was overcooked. The bread was also very firm, if not stale. On a positive note, the coffee was decent and the mushrooms ordered as a side added to the meals flavor...
