Had a lovely interaction with the manager Harley, they were so great! Extremely helpful with helping us pick out a couch and then even helped us load it into our van even though it took a bit of moving around and some time Harley was helpful and lovely the entire way through. Really appreciate the help! Highly recommend!
I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the customer service was good. Really nice people. But I am really annoyed with the quality of the bed I bought. Within a month it lost firmness and I woke up in pain every day. They were great about me claiming on the warranty and replaced it, but the same thing happened. I literally wake up throughout the night because my back has no support. It's really disappointing to spend that amount of money and have a brand new product provide such poor quality.
Amazing experience. The young gentleman helped me with what I needed, very polite and respectful manner. Great deals as well, would recommend.
Great service, prices and a well-laid out, and easy to shop store. We love the chairs we bought, as they’re a little bit different! The welcoming, professional Store Manager was both helpful and knowledgeable, giving us a great advice. Highly recommend a visit!

Worst customer service experience in this store ever on Saturday. The new boys on floor needs to learn customer service. Bring back the old girls, they were managing the place way better then these boys. Very disappointed
