I’d like to express my gratitude to Dr. Celeste and her wonderful assistant for providing me with the most incredible dental experience I've ever had. From a warm welcome by the lovely receptionist, Lena, to the attentive care throughout the entire process, I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend everyone to see Dr. Celeste.
Today I had a hygienist appointment. Wow, I attended with much anxiousness, but had nothing to feel anxious about. Caroline, was so professional and caring and I had a wonderful treatment. She was gentle and explained what she was doing and have left with a feeling of being proud to smile, knowing my teeth look awesome. Thank you so much Caroline.
They provided good service. I don't have anything to complain about it. However, when I made the appointment, I was clear that my issue was a clogged salivary duct. They don't have a surgeon in the clinic so they just confirmed it was a clogged salivary duct and referred me to a surgeon (took like 5 minutes for that). I had to pay $70 for this appointment and now I'll have to pay for another one in the clinic where there's a surgeon available. I'm giving 2 stars because, knowing it was likely to be a problem they couldn't do anything but refer me to another place, I think the ethical thing to do was to tell me beforehand so I could book directly with another clinic where something could be done. Now I lost time and money. $70 may be nothing to many kiwi, but it's a lot for an immigrant struggling to survive in NZ.
I had a filling done at Hillcrest Dental Centre and had some problem afterwards. Ellie at the reception was very helpful and friendly, she acknowledged my concerns, and booked me in accordingly. It made me feel very cared for. I then saw Anna who was the dentist. She explained what she was doing every step of the way, provided reassurance, and most importantly, she fixed the problem! She also did a follow up call to make sure the tooth was ok, which I think it's going beyond her duty. Thank you Ellie and Anna for your professionalism and genuine care. It's inevitable that problems sometimes occur despite best intention and skills. People like yourselves provide great reinsurance for follow up care and no doubt encourage revenue of customers. Thank you!
I have been treated by Janet at Hillcrest dental for 7 years now and I have had the best dental care! She is gentle on my mouth, thorough, caring, professional and communicates the plan with me clearly. I highly recommend Janet
We dont really have good experiences with dentist however…..Have had the best experience at Hillcrest Dental. Anna is really good at what she does, thank you for lookimg after my son.
We randomly selected Hillcrest Dental 13 years ago when we moved to Hamilton. The service and care we have received from Karyn and team has been outstanding. A very pragmatic and practical approach to our dental care with no extras or unexpected/unnecessary costs. It’s a shame we’ve moved town.
I feel very lucky to have been able to access this excellent practice and also have been able to persuade Karen to take on my very elderly parents at a time when she was not accepting new patients. She has been so attentive to their needs and one cold, dark night even drove them home across town so that they did not have to wait for a taxi. Very few nonagenarian couples have been able to retain as many teeth as Mum and Dad have and Karen’s expert care has played a large part in this. I cannot praise her highly enough! Another plus is Sam’s professional and friendly work manning the reception desk at this great and easily accessed Hillcrest dentally practice. I also nearly forgot to mention how affordable they are compared to several other Hamilton dentists.
Great care : Due to an accident, my 3 year old had to have her two front teeth removed. You were amazing with her (and me), from entering your service to aftercare. I can’t speak highly enough of the service we received! I’ve also been myself and more than happy with any dealings and would very much recommend your practice. Thank you
