Blown away by the customer service I received. Amber at reception is incredibly friendly and so welcoming! Technicians Hayley and Chantelle are outstanding and so professional. Phone calls were always prompt, quick responses. Even got a coffee and some lovely chats while I waited!
Great as long as you don't mind having to find someone to set the hearing aids up for you so they are usable. Hamilton Triton did a good job of that.
