While the staff are helpful, the retail prices on store products are an easy 20% markup from the surrounding townships (Thames and Paeroa) For that reason, Iād recommend going elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. Always smiling and will chat to you about products also about what coming up in Ngatea. Quite often i leave laughing as the team are happy to share jokes etc. Very good at remembering names and you are always treated more like a friend than a number. Fantastic service, well stocked and some really neat gift ideas.
