   I don't usually leave reviews, but I just want to recommend and give a special mention to Dr Liz Phillips. She could have easily sent me on my way (healthy bowel and clear biopsy results), but, I just had a follow-up consult that was very positive and holistic. I feel really listened to and hopeful in improving my symptoms (and possibly some related symptoms). Thank you, you are an incredible doctor! If you're putting off a colonoscopy due to fear of pain/discomfort/other, please dont! I didn't feel a thing (even had a little nap). They can top-up your sedation during the procedure if needed. The whole process was smooth; all staff pleasant and professional; clean environment; good amount of on-site parking; affiliated with Southern Cross Health Insurance. Don't ignore your symptoms, get checked out. 10/10 recommended doing that here.

   My wife had a routine procedure performed by Dr Nicholas Smith this morning (22nd May) and under the care of two wonderful lovely nurses Etsuko and Emma. The Centre is so warming to be in and the genuine care and utmost compassion shown was incredible. The speed of induction through procedure to recovery was amazing and so precise and extremely well run. Nicholas explained the results with great professional attention to detail but also with some very lighthearted humor which was simply outstanding and funny. What an amazing Specialist Centre to be luckily referred to. Thanks so much to all involved Kind regards Pete & Carolyn.

   Great experience. Staff were friendly and pleasant; answered questions and very easy to relate to. The procedure went quick and easily and the sandwich and provided afterwards was a decent one, not some squashed flattened thing and given my diet had to be changed for days before the procedure, having something really nice afterwards was very much appreciated. I’d be very happy to go there again in the future.

   I have recently used the services of Dr Janice Wong and no word of a lie this lady is off the scale. She is thorough beyond any medical person I have ever met.she has assisted me with all my nefical needs by getting me fast appointments where required. Although I I have completed my actual treatment with Janice she has offered her services should I require.i will not hesitate to do this.The costs are far less than I had been told. If you need respiratory assistance Dr Janice Wong us the best.

   I went for a procedure that I was very nervous about but from the time I arrived everyone was so relaxed and friendly that my fears disappeared. Receptionists, nurses and doctors were amazing. If there is a next time I hope it is with these guys.

   Such a wonderful team and beautiful clean centre. Feels funny to say I enjoyed my experience having a colonoscopy, but I did. Lots of laughs, relaxed, and super easy to find which helped calm nerves.
