Huge thanks to the team. I walked in with my glasses had a screw missing in nose pad, not too sure if I came to the right place. They greeted me with warm welcome, and literally fixed in 2 minutes. Feel grateful for their gesture. Highly recommend.

Always happy with eye check. Very professional and caring. Then I chose frames and had the glasses made. Not happy with glasses. Person I dealt with was supercilious and condescending and just repeated over and over what she could do. It was not a solution to the problem. She sounded as though she was talking to an unintelligent child which I am not. 30+ years of loyalty down the drain.
Have used Mathews since 2010, today I had an eye emergency and they saw me without hesitation as soon as possible that day. Thanks heaps

We were so rudely treated! We came to choose some frames and the way we were spoken to was condescendingly and unfriendly. Manners involves not just what you say but HOW you do. So rude! We went elsewhere in Cambridge and they were far more professional and a better price too.
