    Good little clean gym. Steadily used all day with a warm friendly atmosphere including all abilities. Indoor and private outdoor training areas. Bookable sauna. A disabled toilet and shower area, toilet & shower with a third single toilet on its own. Even the staff are great. I've been a regular user for a few months undergoing rehabilitation, from being a wheelchair user and now to crutches. There hasn't been any problems with everything being on one level.

    VERY expensive for what you get. Cramped and no air conditioning means it is a very uncomfortable space to try and exercise in during summer. Only 1 of everything (except for the treadmills) means invariably standing around waiting for a turn. And forget about trying to fit your workout in before work or during your lunch break as they literally only have ONE shower for both genders.
