I had a lot of dental fear, but Dominic and the team made me feel completely safe and welcome. Everyone was so lovely, kind, and understanding. They really put me at ease, and now I actually feel comfortable going to the dentist. Highly recommend them!
Lovely and friendly service. Been twice now first time in a while to any dentist and felt looked after and at ease after being quite nervous about the whole thing. Robyn, Dom, and the rest of the team were very nice and welcoming
There doctors arenβt punctual as a new client made me wait twice over 30 minutes each no apologies. Had to rebook but was canceled by there receptionist. They force you to be on time but canβt acknowledge there own lack of punctuality and hypocrisy!!
They have excellent customer service, and have friendly, inviting staff. They always provide detailed accurate information. Staff take the time to try and meet your needs for your circumstances. The overall experience made me feel at ease going here. ;-) ---- (-:
Not many people can say they enjoy the dentist. But I can say I've enjoyed every visit here so far! The receptionists are lovely and remembered me after only 1 visit. Every single staff member here was so kind, and Murray the dentist I dealt with was fantastic! I logged into google specifically to make this 5 star review :)
