“Loved this store and really enjoyed shopping here, there were some great deals on and marvelous selection. When I got back to my car my daughter messaged asking me to look for an item in Farmers she wanted. It had been a long day and with achy feet I called the store, I spoke to a very helpful young lady in the toy department, she checked that they had the item in stock and took one to the counter ready for me to just pop back in. So helpful and my feet were grateful too! I will be back.”

He is also very helpful in assisting me in installing my washing machine despite not being purchased from him. Deeply appreciated. Just note that cash is still preferred during purchase. Recently we had two of the plastic handles that operate the extending footrests on the couch break. We rang Furniture Now without expecting much help due to the timeframe of our purchase however we were thrilled with the response. One part they had in stock and the other they sourced for us. They were extremely helpful in making sure we were getting the correct parts and in no time we had the parts and all working well again. Excellent customer service, well exceeded our expectations. We have exchanged our lounge to another and swapped the 2 seater to two single recliners instead at no extra cost to us.
