   Your systems are absolutely horrendous. No one seems to be able to accurately pack a click and collect order. You definitely shouldn’t charge money for that service. When staff members go out back to look for your order (because they don’t seem to be utilising the click and collect storage behind the counter) they disappear for ages and come back empty handed making you come back and repeat the whole process at another time. Your business needs to come into the modern time or be left behind and maybe train your staff better.

   Very very disappointing going there because there's no staff apart from the checkouts. If you need anything or any information you have to find people on duty. They need to hire more staff

   Attempted to buy a couple of mattress protectors while on special but on enquiry was told none left in our size. Pointed to the sign stating that if the advertised size unavailable that they could be couriered to us at no extra cost. The vague attendant said he could show us where to order them but the computer wouldn't work. Got someone who I was more senior to assist but he also couldn't get the computer to work but could do a paper transaction instead and they would call us when available and we could come back and pick them up. Again I questioned the sign stating free delivery under these circumstances but he was quite adamant that this could not be done with the paper transaction (because this one computer wouldn't work) and we would either have to pickup ourselves or pay for a courier. No thank you and went to Bed bath and beyond and for a better quality product and good service with a smile paid an extra $20 all up

   Absolutely brilliant staff. Went over and above to find a particular umbrella that I have been searching for from multiple stores and from other businesses. They literally had one left. Perfect. Couldn't ask for better service.

   I would have given a 5 star rating, but I've always hated the layout of the parking area. The parks that are closest to the shop are a one-way in/out, and it is quite small. If you've never been here before, you will find yourself going back & forth often to try fitting in a park, and then you may find you'll come across impatient drivers who will toot you. The staff here are nice but they lack a choice of pills cases for the v-shaped pillows. I use briscoes often as you can pay using afterpay.

   Extremely disappointing and more expensive and time consuming than it should have been! got an email saying my order was ready to collect around 7 days after I ordered I drive half an hour across town to pick it up, part of the order is missing so that's an hour's driving for half of my order and I have to come back later because apparently all emails are automated and you will get an email saying that your order is ready to collect but it's not ready to collect and there's nothing anybody can do about it because the computer sends the emails according to the girl I spoke to and there is no way for them to see any of the details of your order definitely wouldn't trust ordering online through this store. EDIT Just going through the things that they actually had from my order and two of them are damaged I will never ever be shopping at any briscoes again and will definitely recommend other people don't either

   Its in a weird spot and is hard to find a park for, but the shop is quite nice and tidy and have all the normal stuff you would need from a briscoes.

   Good central location. Good amount of parking spaces at the front or side street. But KFC drive through queue often blocks the carpark and it's entrance. Staff Kilian was really helpful at the counter and as he was also aware what happening, such as serving a customer at the counter but noticing the queue was forming quickly at checkout, he PA and asked any available staff to come to the front counters at help. As a rule of thumbs, if you are not in a hurry, wait for the specials/discounts to come around, weekly or fortnightly as at RRP their prices are more expensive than others for exact items.
