    Omg yesterday I went to the shop to buy bed sheets and I wasn’t sure about the prices and asked about it from the lady who was in costumer service she was really rude and she was testing my math rather to tell me the price. She behaved very rude and mean . It was around 2:40 and I was in rush to pick up my kids from school and I will go again in there to ask her name and complain about her behaviour for sure.

    Tried to return an item for refund (clearance item clearly stated as acceptable on the website) only to have the manager, who should know better, try to tell me this was not allowed. I showed her the website returns policy saying it was allowed and she was the opposite of apologetic, borderline rude and made me feel as if I was the problem. Staff need customer service training, not a pleasant experience.

    I visited this store recently and would like to comment on the wonderful service and cheerful staff, especially Mary who really helped me with linen sizes and gave really good advice on the set I bought. Mary returned to the storeroom I don't know how many times to check on colors/ sizes and a show me options. Such a kind and caring approach, showing genuine interest and great knowledge of the products. I was so impressed that I ended up returning a couple of hours later to get a second set as I really did need two. Staff like Mary are a true asset to a business - great service that is remembered and makes someone's day is super awesome!

    One of my favourite places to shop even though this is much smaller than the shop in Te Rapa. The aisles are quite tight too so pushing a trolley around requires some manuviring. Nice friendly staff who were welcoming and friendly.
