   I called Briscoes Cambridge earlier to check the availability of an item and requested for one to be reserved. I was told it was available, so my partner drove all the way from Hamilton to collect it. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the item was not available. This was very disappointing and a waste of time and effort. Please ensure that customers are given accurate information before being advised to come in.

   I ordered 2 oven trays online, I was so glad to get them both in the mail, unfortunately the oven trays were stuck together and can not be pulled apart as I've tried everything to part them, they are stuck, next time I will be buying 1 tray at a time instead of 2 trays...
