    I regularly shop here on a Saturday morning and I just had to share that my experiences are always so lovely. It's nice to see teamwork and enthusiasm in staff. I've had to make exchanges before and it's never a problem and I feel like they genuinely try to go above and beyond normal service elsewhere. In particular I enjoy the humourous interactions with staff and manager(?) at counter. Love to see a happy team enjoying their time in a service role. Other shops could take note of staff here.

    Bloody ripoff, Visited the store twice today and got to know that Sale price promotions do not match the prices on the computer, they continued ripping off the customers by charging them extra bucks. I had to let CSR know that please don't rip me off, please match the price, which is displayed on the shelves. Sadly they had to do both times. I imagine how much extra dollars they charged from innocent customers who do even check the price on the computer screen before paying. Highly disappointed. Won't be buying stuff from this store anymore.

    Briscoes seems to have got nicer, which is... nice. I was in on the long weekend, which made it busy. But, thank the stars, they had more than 1 person on check out, so the line didn't go all the way to the back of the shop. Good visit
