   I visited this clinic earlier in the week for my dog’s ongoing ear problem. We had already been in previously and were sent home with ear drops, which did not resolve the issue (the first visit was around $300). We returned on Tuesday for the same problem and were charged just under $200. I was told the vet needed additional time to determine the cause, and my dog was prescribed prednisone and sent home with capsules. I was also advised to book a follow-up appointment for a slow-release ear treatment to be administered by a nurse on Friday. Before leaving on Tuesday, I asked for an estimated cost so I could plan ahead and was told the treatment would be roughly $110–$120. Before today’s appointment, I phoned to ask whether the nurse could also check and clip my dog’s front nails while we were there. I was told this would be fine. After the ear treatment and nail clip—an appointment that took about 10 minutes—I was presented with a bill for $208. I was informed the additional cost was because my dog’s nails were considered “long,” resulting in a higher fee. The nail clip alone was charged at $57, and the nurse’s fee was $65. We are on a tight budget, and the unexpected charges were extremely disappointing—especially after being quoted a much lower estimate. Despite spending hundreds of dollars, my dog’s condition has not improved, and I left feeling frustrated and let down by the lack of transparency and the escalating costs. We will not be returning.

   Rang and left a message, didn’t get any phone call back. I myself called them back two days later and was told ‘we don’t see animals for second opinions’ Horrid service and I would not use this place again. Lady on the phone was rude and not helpful or sympathetic for my situation with my loved kitty cat.
