We booked last minute and the owner was very nice, enough parking for our 4 berth campervan, excellent space out back for our 1 year old to play, plenty of space in the room compared to similar priced rooms
Very clean, very tidy, room, bathroom was immaculate lovely and warm in the cold weather, great lighting nice and bright Would stay again :-)
It is a great place to stay. I love how Patsy can be contacted anytime and replies so fast. Wootwoot!!! Location is 20minute drive to Dunedin Woolworths in 3-5minute walk BP Gas Station is just across. Bus Stop is just right in front.
Compact and adequate for a short stop over. Room was clean, warm and tidy. Great shower and comfortable bed. The short trip to the airport made our journey easier also.
The service provided by Patsy was excellent and the overall stay was great. The room was large and comfortable, check in and out easy and overall a nice stay. The lack of fan and air conditioning in the room made the room quite stuffy, and there was also no dining table or dining space. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Typical Bella Vista, very small pokey rooms, some noise disturbance, parking tight. Well equipped with essentials, clean, & convenient.
It was rather nice especially while seeing my aunt the staff seemed really friendly and welcoming and the cigarette area was very nice the only thing that I didn't really like was the fact that my Mum and me didn't have separate bedrooms.
Thank you so much to the wonderful team who let us check in late. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and the room was lovely. The detail put into the guest information booklet was incredible and shows that the team running this motel truly care about people. Would happily stay here again!
Nice king size bed, with excellent shower in room 14. Room was mostly clean but bedside lights might need clean once in a while. Our only major problem was when we rung up we weren't told there was an adjoining room, door was locked but our neighbor in room 13 played TV all night long and being a light sleeper was not a pleasant experience.
