“I took my critically ill Chihuahua to this vet on Friday morning after she had been under the care of another vet for a week with no idea as to what was wrong. Within 30 seconds a lump was found. Daisy, my dog, was operated on Friday evening and an earplug was removed from her intestine. The next day Daisy nearly passed away but the dedication of the vet saved her. I have no doubt that my dog would have died without the care of this practice. For that reason they have hero status in my mind. I will never have enough words and cannot recommend enough.”

Cynthia made me feel at ease and fully explained everything, from the taking of background information, the testing process and the results. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the various hearing aids available and I did not feel under pressure to make a hasty decision. That said I was so confident that I had all the information I needed to make a reasoned decision that I ordered hearing aids immediately. I would recommend Triton, Rangiora to anyone else without hesitation.”

I've always had pretty good service here, but last week I went in to pick up my usual piles of prescriptions and was served by the lovely May and honestly.... I was so touched by the beautiful way she treated me! So much so that, almost a week later, I'm still thinking about how fantastic she is. Even so much so that I felt inclined to give her a hug! “The first reason I booked here after my recent injury began to heal, was because the most important person in the company...the first point of contact, Julie, was absolutely delightful to speak to and gather information and a better understanding of what to expect. Nothing was an issue to her, and she was very polite, well spoken, patient, and informative, and very methodical - a great trait for her role. She is an asset to the company, as is Kursty who has been helping me with my rehabilitation of my hand injury. Very enthusiastic about her role and so knowledgeable which truly helps, as a better understanding of what we are doing, and why has helped me to get back to normal life again and gain confidence in using my hand just the same way I used to. I fell sick prior to a repeat appointment so I rang to possibly adjust the time, and I then determined to monitor overnight and go from there. Julie rang to not only see if I wanted to keep the appointment but asked how I was and that she hoped I was feeling better. It's the small things in life, hey! I did ring around other places prior to stumbling upon this one, Julie is what made me book, and both her and Kursty are what made me come back again. Kudos to both of you, you're doing an amazing job! 5 stars, 10 if I could.”

“Excellent products, and prompt service. I used to have to wear support bandages on my knees, and use a walking stick to get around, even then with considerable discomfort. A friend introduced me to Koru FX, and after using it for only a short time I was able to move more freely, with less pain and no longer had the need for the support bandages, or the walking stick. I have not used either aids since. I have also tried Koru FX Pro, and found that very effective too. If you have joint pain I recommend you give one of these a try.”
