“It wasn't my first time here but it was my first time with such notable service that I feel the need to share my review. I've always had pretty good service here, but last week I went in to pick up my usual piles of prescriptions and was served by the lovely May and honestly.... I was so touched by the beautiful way she treated me! So much so that, almost a week later, I'm still thinking about how fantastic she is. Even so much so that I felt inclined to give her a hug! She was so lovely and caring and a real asset to your team. Exceptional customer service. Thanks May!”

“Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.”
