Had a fall on the high street today and came in for some dressings on a badly scraped up leg. A very kind man called Ajay helped me clean and dress my wound in the pharmacy, and advised on correct care which I would have done the complete opposite of. On a busy day two days before Christmas I really appreciated my care. Thank you.

My husband broke down in tears in the pharmacy. They have been so caring and forthcoming with advice and suggested useful medicines. They’ve provided a holistic service to both of us and shared their own experiences and been extremely empathetic.
Great experience. Was referred by our Dr surgery as no doctors available. Had a consultation with a lovely gentleman who went through a questionnaire and then was able to provide antibiotics for my sinus issues from a flu/cold. Took maybe 15min and was cheaper than going to the doctor. Also have some great advice. Thanks Mark
I just had a great experience so I am going to share: Work supply us with a flu vax voucher, so today, while working in Rangiora I searched the appropriate chain, and upon calling was told a walk-in would be fine. Wonderful greeting from a young friend (Jordy) and a wee wait before Ajay dispensed the flu vax and covid vax, one in each arm. Or at least I think he did...I barely felt them. That's why I am typing this review, so far my best vaccine experience. Ajay is Awesome!

In spite of being extremely busy and the pressure that creates the reception staff member was kind and respectful and the woman who administered our vaccines was lovely and friendly, and very considerate. A good place to go for your jabs. Recommend.
I attended this outlet to get a supervised RAT before flying. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient and diligent. I was advised of the steps; took the test, and was allowed both the paper and app options too. I was thoroughly impressed with my interactions and experience. Thank you again.
