Professional experience from start to finish. Excellent, warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival and outstanding service from the audiologist. Cynthia made me feel at ease and fully explained everything, from the taking of background information, the testing process and the results. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the various hearing aids available and I did not feel under pressure to make a hasty decision. That said I was so confident that I had all the information I needed to make a reasoned decision that I ordered hearing aids immediately. Only have positive things to say about Triton Having worn hearing aids for many years I was very impressed with the service I received and the many options available that were explained to me. No costs were hidden. Love that they have a “pay as you wear” options which makes expensive hearing aids available to all ⭐️
