MaryAnne is great with beginners (like me) in making sure the right technique is used to get the most out of the exercises. I had a specific purpose in taking up pilates and can see the gains made. I'm looking forward to the progressive classes now.
It was such a joy to find MaryAnne. She has a comprehensive globally recognized Pilates education background which is not easy to find! She customizes our sessions for my unique needs to support my postural imbalances so that I can improve my strength from the inside out. I always leave our sessions feeling amazing.
