I fully recommend Studio Pilates Rangiora. From my first experience to my latest, just yesterday it has been an amazing journey, especially Hannah S. Over the last 2.5 years I have had three surgeries on my ankle after breaking it and more recently a heat attack in August (I'm 57!) the team have been outstanding. Love it!! I really enjoy every class. All the instructors have made me feel welcome and, unlike some gyms and other workout groups, there is nothing intimidating or daunting about Pilates. Only been going for a couple of weeks and iv already noticed a difference in my fitness and strength!
After 9 classes, I feel I am getting into the swing of reformer pilates at Studio Pilates Rangiora. Having the video on screens around the room giving constant instruction on how to do each exercise, plus the excellent instructors I am able to do the exercises with confidence. It's great workout for the whole body. I'm glad I took up the introductory offer.
Amazing instructors make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. They're 100% there to guide and assist you every step of every class. Results have been amazing with me noticing a difference within just a couple of sessions. I feel stronger and can't recommend Studio Pilates enough.
I absolutely love Studio Pilates. All the ladies there are super friendly and professional. I have had trouble with my sciatica and doing Pilates has helped heaps, also all the instructors have been very understanding and helped me modify the exercises when I have needed to. The place is very clean and the screens make it very easy to follow the exercises even when you aren't familiar with the pilates terminology. I would recommend it to anyone!
At 74yrs old I felt nervous about going to Rangiora Pilates studio but took the plunge..so glad I did .I am loving it..the instructors are all amazing & they are so inspiring & helpful. I love that I can fit the classes around my lifestyle.. After 8wks I am already feeling so much fitter & my tummy muscles are beginning to work again..I am totally addicted & love the feeling of energy after my class..so take the plunge & do it whatever your age.
Never thought I’d be a Pilates person but after the 2 week trial I am well and truly converted After having 3 babies I thought I’d never have a core again I’ve never activated my core like this before. I lost 2cm in my waist in 2 weeks and feel strong and toned And my sore lower back has definitely got better and stronger! The instructors are so lovely and helpful Worth every penny I’m loving it Sign me up for life!
