“The first reason I booked here after my recent injury began to heal, was because the most important person in the company...the first point of contact, Julie, was absolutely delightful to speak to and gather information and a better understanding of what to expect. Nothing was an issue to her, and she was very polite, well spoken, patient, and informative, and very methodical - a great trait for her role. She is an asset to the company, as is Kursty who has been helping me with my rehabilitation of my hand injury. Very enthusiastic about her role and so knowledgeable which truly helps, as a better understanding of what we are doing, and why has helped me to get back to normal life again and gain confidence in using my hand just the same way I used to. I fell sick prior to a repeat appointment so I rang to possibly adjust the time, and I then determined to monitor overnight and go from there. Julie rang to not only see if I wanted to keep the appointment but asked how I was and that she hoped I was feeling better. It's the small things in life, hey! I did ring around other places prior to stumbling upon this one, Julie is what made me book, and both her and Kursty are what made me come back again. Kudos to both of you, you're doing an amazing job! 5 stars, 10 if I could.”
