   Amazing, my son has a phobia towards needles due to extensive testing since little. The lady he saw was phenomenal. For the first time ever we had no issues, and he had 8 vials taken. Usually we have endless issues, mass bruising and a traumatized child. He’s had bloods taken from numerous facilities in Canterbury, and this facility is superior to them all.

   I took my 4 year old girl here for her first blood test. The staff were absolutely amazing with my daughter, helped make it easier for her to be comfortable and relaxed. And even gave her a special certificate of bravery after. It really made the whole process a lot better. Would never take her anywhere else. Highly recommend for all children.

   I had to wait 1 hour 20 mins to get my blood test.. the waiting room was overflowing with people standing as all the seats were full. Not good enough. The owners of this business need to sort out their staffing shortage. Recommend you go elsewhere.

   I just had blood taken at Cscl Rangiora and my experience was excellent! They were fast and efficient so I didn't wait long. Lou was amazing and was gentle with the needle. No messing around but had a great bedside manner even for a needle phobe like me. Highly recommend these ladies.

   Staff was more interested in looking at their watches and making a show of bringing the sign in then to actually greet or even just acknowledge me. Worth mentioning that after my bloods were taken, there was still 10 minutes left on the clock for them. Person who took my sample was rude and unhelpful.

   Never stay open until closing. Its says open until such and such time so you exspect you can go in until that time. Instead if they are busy they turn you away, I was there an hour before closing and got turned away. What's the point of having a closing time if its ititt stuck too. Hard trying to find time to get a test done when you work full time and are closed in the weekends,also one staff member was incredibly rude when I didnt know how to use the new system and polite to the next person who happened to be old, because im young I was expected to know what I was doing and when i didnt she was rude and short with me.
