Mr. Vaughan is very friendly and funny; he replied to my inquiry very quickly. He provided me with a recliner and a refrigerator, and the car I rented was in very good driving condition. The gas pedal, brakes, and exterior were all well-maintained, as if the car were new. It is a great companion for your journey; it will take you anywhere, from the mountains to the sea. When I returned the car, Mr. Ken was very chatty and friendly. He also provided pick-up and drop-off service to the airport. Anzed is a car rental agency that you can't miss when traveling in New Zealand. Mr. Vaughan & Mr. Ken's service is very pleasant and reassuring. From the maintenance condition of the car, it is evident that they take good care of their vehicles. Additionally, if you have any questions, you can expect immediate feedback!”

“After shopping, I found that the right rear wheel of the car had an abnormal sound, and then parked in the parking lot in front of the store, just a handsome guy found us, chatted with us enthusiastically and said that he heard the sound of our car, and then helped us check that it may be that the stone was stuck in the brake disc. But he was done with work, he checked it for me and then went back to the shop to get the tools and said see if it could be solved, and then he noticed that there were sawdust stuck in the brakes and helped us get rid of it. He was friendly and communicated with us all the time. And he's off work and he's willing to help solve the problem, and it's free. The service was really good. Very impressed. Forgot to ask the name of the handsome guy. Thank you for that tall, thin and handsome guy.”

“I had a great experience with Brown & Peterson. I already had two cars repaired, both through different insurance companies. The guys who took pictures of my cars were really good and knew what they were doing, answering all my questions and giving good details of what the procedures were going to be. They were quick and did an excellent job on both cars, making them look as good as new. Additionally the rental cars were also in great condition, which was a bonus point.
