Hi, I'm just writing to say thank you for your proessional service on my BMW x5. I brought in to have both front steering sway bar link change. That was sorted but another issue arise which was detected after I pick up the car. I called and you did not hesitate and willing to flag the labour after discussing this with your team. A new part was put in for the ball joint. I thought to drive it a bit before test the quality of your work.I am happy with the work your team have put in and also to pay for the new part without the labour. I must say through my experience with garages your team were willing to listen to the customer and meet the needs. Please send my appreciation and thanks to your team.
Yeah as others have said ever since this place changed hands it has absolutely plummeted in quality. I majorly regret getting them to do the work I requested (and paid top dollar for), trusting they would hold the high standards of the previous owner. Absolutely not. Long story short 2 months later I am still trying to track down issues with my car that weren’t there before repairs. Hopefully my experience will get others to look elsewhere.
Had a full service including rotors pad etc replaced and got the car back in a couple of hours. Very happy with the work and the price. deffinatly recommend to others.

The only place you should take your car if you own a BMW or Mini. They are specialists on these and offer outstanding service and fair, transparent pricing. They've got the latest diagnostic tech and use quality oils and parts. I drive over an hour each way to Eurocare whether it's servicing or a repair. I'd have my 3 series (pictured) towed to them from Auckland if I had to, that's the level of trust I had after the first visit. Thanks again for getting it serviced & fixed up so quickly for me today.
If you have a BMW make sure to service it here! these guys are excellent, they are very knowledgeable about BMWs! They gave me good advice on future repairs and servicing. During my service I needed a new accessory belt, they phoned me to let me know it needed replacing before fitting in a new one. Really appreciated the communication. My X5 runs really well after the service!
