We initially had a great experience with for Fully Equipped and have had our vans shelving installed and also other things. Unfortunately, our experience has now ended in real disappointment. When the first van they ever fitted was taken back to them due to shelving failure, their team acknowledged it had been installed incorrectly. They even offered to inspect the rest of our vans, and what do you know, all of them had been installed incorrectly. They offered to fix them, which we appreciated early this year. But now that one van is completely damaged, they’re refusing to contribute to the costs (and our insurance won't cover it) and have now shifted the blame to overloading and wear. It’s incredibly frustrating to have an issue admitted, confirmed across multiple vehicles, and then walked back when it comes time to take real responsibility. We won’t be using Fully Equipped again and if you're considering them, double check the work, and be prepared for silence when it matters most, exactly how businesses shouldn't operate.

I am a repeat customer of F.E.C and I called in today and purchased a Rhino rack for the rear of my Ranger ute and a Thule Roof Box. Jo was extremely helpful and friendly and fitted the rear rack which was appreciated. I have looked at other comparable size roof boxes for a while and nothing really compared (quality wise) to the Thule in my opinion in the same price range. I use these guys as the service is great and the gear is of good quality so I would highly recommend them.
I took my 2021 Dmax in to get a 3 loop bullbar on. I was told that they have done it before and it would be done by the end of the day. I ended up waiting in the car park for an extra 2hrs after 5 o’clock until they handed over my Ute. After being understanding I took the Ute home. On the way home the Ute was not operating properly and I had to take it back straight away. I was later told that they had damaged the main wiring loom in my engine. This took 3months! They replaced the wiring loom, and the ecu. My work involves a lot of 4wd so I missed out on a lot of work as I was only supplied with a 2wd car. No discount was offered after asking for one and never returned my messages. I do recommend to go somewhere else. When you put a near new vehicle into a shop that specialises in bulbar applications you expect them to know what they’re doing. I wish I went somewhere else
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Sam and Scott!) They did an amazing job with the roof rack for my VW Beetle. I was really struggling to find a roof rack that would fit the Beetle, but they were able to order in the roof rack kit and install it quickly with no issues. The roof rack basket works really well, and we’re looking forward to taking it around New Zealand. I’ll be back in the winter to get something for skis.
