   I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Paul Kelly Motors and the outstanding service team. I just picked my vehicle up after a service and having my entertainment system fixed, and I am so happy with everything, that I had to write the review straight away! They were quick, efficient, friendly, super helpful and great with communication. And they gave me an extremely accurate estimate of cost, so no hidden surprises. I have a European car, and my overall experience is far superior to my previous experience with an Audi specialist dealer/service (not based in Christchurch). 1000% recommend!

   Brought my car in on warranty for making knocking noises and despite the warranty had to pay ~$150 to get told it was nothing. Ignored the noises because I assumed if a professional mechanic said it was nothing it would be fine. A couple of months later my cars knocking gets louder and the engine light is on and now it can't be driven. Now I have to get my car towed and taken to another mechanic to be fixed even after paying for a very expensive warranty at Paul Kelly, all for nothing. This comes after the previous time I took my car in to be fixed for a separate issue and also asked them to fix my AC. When summer came I realised it still didn't work so I called and asked if they had any record of repairing my AC and they never looked at it, so I had to go in again and lose my car for another few days. At first they were very good but they have lost my trust.

   I have been getting my car service from Paul Kelly Service Centre for over 20 years. I would not go anywhere else, as Andy, Amanda and Sarah are friendly, and awesome and nothing is ever a problem and the communication is great if there is a problem with my car that needs fixing.    We brought a car off Paul Kelly Motors about four months ago and as a second hand car we had a couple of hick-ups with it but the three month warranty that came with the car covered the problems. Mark who we dealt with at the service center in fixing our car was awesome in sorting it out for us quickly each time. We where very impressed when our warranty had expired by one week and we where having trouble with the spark plugs, Mark not only fixed it, but got the car back to us quickly and still honored the warranty, even though it had expired by a week. Thank you Mark and the ladies at the service desk who helped us out with getting a loan car, your service in looking after us was really appreciated.
