   NO REFUND WANTED: I need a "personal" apology letter from the Manager at Christchurch branch who misbehaved with me at the Sydenham shop on 13th Feb 2024 around 4:20pm. I was simply gonna return a mount strut, which I was told as my car's wof repair, I found the part in my car was absolutely fine. I didn't even open the mount strut plastic. The manager asked me for a receipt, which I reply saying I misplaced it. I was willing to show him my bank transaction for 9/2/24 but he denied to look. I even wanted to return the part with no refund, I kept it on the counter, as that part was not useful to me. Again I don't want any refund, I need a letter of apology from that manager. He kept on making fun of me on my face at the shop which I found weird, why would you make fun of your customer? I was trying to be nice saying, hey, I misplaced the receipt, I don't want refund just keep the unopened part, I don't need it. but in return he started making fun of me. Is it because I am Indian? I really not sure whether he was racist, I never have such experience in the past

   Always helpful, always fair, amazing stock levels of even oddballs, willing to help you find the right part or equivalent every time across the counter. When they don't have it, they'll recommend who else to try. That's honesty.

   Low quality parts with short service life, they did credit faulty parts but was a lot of mucking around and lost labor. Also beware of the 30 day parts return policy. We had the parts returned back to us with a rude hand written letter stating their 30 day return policy. This was the last straw that broke the camels back for us and all for a $20.00 part. We have since taken our business elsewhere and have not looked back.
