   We got a car of ours repaired here last month. Ok repairing job. However they touched and changed all the car safety settings, and have had to spend some time getting rid of extremely annoying sounds. They do this without telling you.

   I had a great experience with Brown & Peterson. I already had two cars repaired, both through different insurance companies. The guys who took pictures of my cars were really good and knew what they were doing, answering all my questions and giving good details of what the procedures were going to be. They were quick and did an excellent job on both cars, making them look as good as new. Additionally the rental cars were also in great condition, which was a bonus point. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

   Excellent Repair and Outstanding Service! I recently had my car repaired here after the rear part was dented. They did an absolutely perfect job, and to my surprise, they even cleaned both the interior and exterior of my car. I was truly impressed! On top of that, the staff were extremely friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. Plus, they even painted a small part near the handle for free, which was a really nice touch. This is a place you can trust, and I highly recommend.

   Fantastic results. Perhaps it's because it was an insurance claim and my expectations were non-existent, but these guys made my car look nicer than the day I got it (to be fair, not a hard bar to cross). Absolutely love the results and will be using them, should I ever get hit again. Before and after photos attached (not to mention they cleaned the entire inside, and fixed some pain points that I didn't even mention or expect to get fixed!)

   I used Brown & Paterson a few years ago and found the service and repair job fantastic so when I had to choose a repairer again I had no hesitation in going back to them. The service was still as great and very professional. Colin was very pleasant to deal with and kept me up to date with progress. They did a great job on the bumper, it looks very flash just like new. The car clean was a bonus. I will be definately recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks.

   Not only did they do a fantastic job of fixing up our car, they unexpectedly went the extra mile and completely cleaned the interior of the vehicle as well. Very much appreciated as our 2 dogs mean that the car is always filled with fluff and dirt. We never look forward to cleaning it ourselves. Great job guys! Thanks heaps!    I had my vehicle repaired by Brown & Paterson. Even though there was little external damage, Andrew went the extra few miles to make sure nothing was amiss underneath. Very professional. The vehicle was repaired in the time they said it would and I was kept informed by SMS at every stage. I had a loan car which was clean and tidy. My vehicle was thoroughly groomed before return to me. I would thoroughly recommend Brown & Paterson for their professionalism and customer service.
