    Staff told us they would sort out our wind damaged motorhome, so we left some parts for them to sort and found somewhere to park up while they did. Only to receive and email 2 days later to say they couldn't do. Not even a phone call. Was very disappointed.

    I originally planned to have my caravan serviced here for an EWOF, Gas Certificate, and Self-Contained Certificate, but in the end, I only completed the EWOF because I was highly dissatisfied with their service. Main Issues: 1. No In-House Certified Professionals – They don’t have their own registered certified electricians or gas fitters; everything is outsourced, and they charge an additional *call-out fee* on the bill. 2. Unauthorised Overcharging – I explicitly requested that they confirm costs with me before any work was done. Their initial quote for the EWOF was $1,253, but the final bill came to $1,739 with no itemized breakdown—just a vague "Electrical Outwork" charge plus an unexplained $486 for "labour, consultations, and administration." These extra fees were never agreed upon, and I wasn’t even aware of them until receiving the bill. My lawyer confirmed this is a deceptive practice, violating the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. 3. Unauthorized Damage & Theft – Without my consent, they cut my caravan’s gas pipes, did no actual work, and then tried to charge me extra. Even worse, they took my brand-new gas regulator and later claimed it might have been "accidentally taken by a contractor." Despite three phone calls and three office visits, I never got it back. 4. Holding My caravan Hostage – When I went to collect it, they refused to release my vehicle unless I paid the disputed bill on the spot. Final Words: As a customer, I trusted your company with my brand-new caravan, expecting professionalism and accountability. Instead, I received poor service, hidden fees, property damage, and theft. I had hoped to establish a long-term partnership, but this experience has ensured it will be the first and last time I ever use your services

    I rang from Twizel with a couple of issues that needed attention, 1 was an insurance issue, they said to come up to get looked at and repaired, amazing professional service. This is after i had another caravan sorted last week with new tanks, solar, new battery and a couple of other issues sorted, again completed on time, under budget and to a high standard.     I was extremely disappointed with this business. I dropped my caravan in for a few minor issues, which I went through personally with them on drop-off. When I collected the caravan, most of the issues I was told were tested, but no fault found, but they had installed 2 new park lights, which were not on my list, not required and that I was not asked about prior to the installation, but charged for. One of the main issues that I was told was not a problem, immediately became an issue again at pick-up, so they then replaced a simple O ring while I waited. When I queried the invoice a few days later and then chased for a response for 2-3 weeks, it was discovered that I was overcharged on the labour by double, that was then refunded, but they still were not prepared to offer any reduction in cost for carrying out the work that was not authorised. Based on my experience and lack of response and lack of compensation for carrying out unrequired and unauthorised work work, I would not recommend this company.

    Had a few jobs done by Peter and his team over the last few years. Yesterday the biggest so far, 640watt of solar installed. Done within a day!, with all the new wiring, so amazing job. Bonus: it’s a very friendly team, sounds like normal but I know plenty of other business that don’t even know the word customer service. Thanks team, solar works perfectly. Our coffee-machine is making extra hours from today onwards.
