   Great service from AA Auto Centre Rangiora. Had a run in with pile of gravel and my car wheel was making a terrible noise. They saw me straight away and all fixed within 10 minutes. Service and staff are amazing. Will be back (preferably just for a nice non stressful service and WOF). Big thanks to the Team.

   As always, top drawer service from the AA Service Centre team at the Rangiora Branch. We just keep bringing our vehicles back, as they are just so professional at what they do. Great to have a one on one with the Technician that has just serviced your vehicle over 1.5 hours, and discuss potential "issues" that could cause problems down the track if not addressed sooner, rather than later. Thanks guys, love your work!

   UPDATED: Good team- Specifically, Russell, Brad and Chris- It is good to meet an honest mechanic that would be Brad so far- His greeting skills have improved- Even if the cambelt estimate seemed exaggerated but I digress- If it's something that I know pretty well, it is numbers. Fantastic help from Russell, very knowledgeable. Also, Nigel who check some of the work done. Since it was as well performed before. Mark from Parks towing was even better than Chris. He was there on time, Mark is from the Philippines and was very professional. There is some communication improvement from Kaye. She did, however send me on Wild Goose chase by indicating that I should go to the AA registration and licensing offices- When there was no need to! Her prestation was better than Tuesday. There was actually Brazilian coffee in the machine. And, she was less dismissive then Tuesday- She called me My Love when she realized that her attitude was being unhelpful on 27th of May 25. The phone and communication devices need tweaking. Indeed, Kaye said something daft about not being able to reach me. I pointed out, elaborated and thus demonstrated the flaws in the way the phone and messaging set up is put together. Some improvement is needed is certain area of the mechanical aspect- As I was not very impressed with the responsiveness of the cars...

   I took my vehicle in for a WOF and a service t the AA center as I wanted a thorough job since I intended to sell the vehicle. I got a detailed report about the vehicle. Unfortunately it failed the warrant but the AA centre was able to order the parts and fix my car 2 days later. No bad surprise when I came to pay as the bill was the same as the quote. I found the team was efficient and professional as well as helpful and friendly.

   My car broke down a couple of weeks ago (just before the weekend). Firstly I had a very quick, friendly and professional response from both the AA breakdown team and the tow service. Mike at the AA Auto Centre provided an amazing service, making sure the car was securely stored inside the workshop for the weekend and getting it on the road again quick smart very early the following week including working around Covid within the AA Auto Centre. Mike's communication is impeccable. Full credit to the AA team.
