Could not recommend highly enough! These guys have done a replacement and a repair for me now and not only do they do an amazing job but they won’t rip you off and their service is exemplary. Super friendly and professional, won’t break the bank. I will go here for everything car related going forward.
We are very disappointed with the service we received. We ordered a new tyre on Friday and were told to return on Monday at lunchtime. We also left the mag with on Friday as advised, so the new tyre could be fitted. However, when we came back on Monday, we were told that the tyre we ordered had been sold to someone else, and that only a second-hand tyre was available.
We stopped in with a nail in the tire, Don had us on the road again in no time!! Friendly, quick, and funny. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!

Took my partner’s car in for a service and was disappointed with the lack of paperwork. No tick sheet or proper record of what was done was provided. When I went back in person, the mechanic said they couldn’t find it and just went over the work verbally. While I appreciate the explanation, I expect clear written documentation for a service — both for transparency and peace of mind. Other workshops I’ve dealt with have no issue providing this. Wouldn’t recommend this place as their record-keeping practices are sloppy. Customers deserve proper service records, not just a verbal run-through.
Don and his team are the best in the area. Several years I have used Premium Tyres & Auto and I have only ever been shown top notch service and been looked after. No need to be afraid of being ripped off, this is not that kind of place. Keep it up guys!

My wife took her old Toyota ist to only get 4 spark plugs changed, $270 later, daylight robbery, I got quotes elsewhere and all were over $100 less, they couldn't believe how much I was charged and they took an hour and a half to change them ripoff

Very friendly Reception Staff & Professional Guys identifying problems accurately. Excellent straightforward communication. Charged reasonably with no Hidden costs. Brother-in-law had been quoted by a certain tyre service $550 to replace two tyres because they did not have a matching pair. I took the car into Premium Tyres on behalf of my brother and was quoted for only $140 to get a matching pair. I have been going here for years and they are good mechanics who always do an honest job for an excellent price.
