We’ve been in a couple times now and every time have found staff very un-willing to help and very slow. Let’s see what the quality of their branded gear is like but if it’s anything like the service I’m not hopeful.
Came through to Tool Shed Takanini with my little family to look for a 36mm. Terry helped my husband and I look for what we needed and gave us some really great advice on other the options available. Really appreciate you guys! He’s even giving my kids advice right now about tools and they’re just absorbing everything he’s telling them. I had a fantastic customer service experience today, where a lovely staff member (Alexis) went over and above the call of duty! So I ordered a polisher online for my car from Takanini, my local store, not realizing that they were out of stock (my fault, I should of checked!!) Now facing another day without the tool I needed, Alexis (Amazing!!) took it upon herself to call the Penrose branch as they had stock, and then after work hours drove to pick it up for me just so I'd have it today!!! Alexis is an ABSOLUTE legend and that's customer service at it's absolute finest.
Great service what these guys dont know about tools isnt worth knowing .great range of products to cover most any job got the tool box i had been searching bunnings and mitre 10 for with no result and got it at a good price too.they will be my on stop tool shop from now on

A real gem of a place if you a a tradie or just want to kill time browsing. Well stocked and extensive range. Well laid out store and easy to find stuff. The staff I communicated with seemed to know his stuff which was a bonus. Pricing is OK. Expensive for some products but overall reasonable. Abundance of parking and conveniently located.
