Initially I was quite impressed with Hotsprings Beam model. Needed to take the equipment panel off today and lets just say the quality inside is not as good as it use to be. I previously had a 1998 Prodigy for 28 years. 2025 upgraded to Beam model. Screw holes no lining up, excess fibreglass from the shell in recess, wood coming loose, extremely difficult lining up the panel. Add to this when you change the water the spa doesnt completely drain. You have to drain it with a pump / buckets and cloths because of the poor design. My opinion not worth the money (anymore) Response to your answer. Spa was delivered in Sept 25 direct from you warehouse in Albany. Whether purchased direct from you or one of your dealers, you import them all. Not sure what your response is supposed to mean? If you are telling me a technician is required to take a front panel off then that just makes hotsprings look silly. The loose fibreglass material and quality inside is well very average

I bought a hot spring spa originally because I thought they were quality. Untreated timber underneath and leaking parts have plagued us since we bought brand new. Over the years whenever we get a service or a fix to many problems they have, we spend thousands and they are so hard to book, for example I have been asking since June and they keep βending the ticketβ by accident. In the last few months Iβve spent many more thousands to their technician, to come and fix the spa again- they call today to say- Itβs old and maybe I should buy a new one. It is 10 years old but I have kept it well maintained and serviced, I just think the quality is poor. I asked if I could speak to the owner and was told βhe is not involved in the businessβ Sad, because he should know what his customers experience. I would not buy another hot spring spa.

We have had very good experiences with Hot Springs Spa. We have owned the same Hot Springs sovereign spa for 23 years so that is testament to the quality of their product. Recently we got the spa refurbished and it is like a new spa once again, very impressed. The service team are efficient and reliable and all in all its a very pleasurable experience dealing with Hot Springs especially Beatrix and Leo. You wont regret a Hot Springs spa!

Im appalled by the service i have received and feel tricked! I got given a price in writing to replace my circulation pump via your service department only to be invoiced almost 50% more than the price i was given. Mandy from customer service has now offered to have the new part removed if i have an issue with this. Shocking service!

Thought we bought a high quality pool. After 4 years it start to lose water. The reason was over use of chlorine they said, which we never had with the budget pools we have owned in the past. We also needed a new pump for the same reason. My daughter who also owns a hot spring said that they are already unto their 3th pump. We where quoted over 3000 dollars to fix it. I asked for a meeting with Mr Paretovich which was declined. At the end we had it fixed. All this toke more than 6 months. I have a few more stories like this. In my opinion the quality is not there As soon we got it back, I sold it and will never want to own a Hot spring again.

Our spa is great but their after sales service is terrible. No-one ever answers the phone, they don't reply to emails either, I am still waiting for a part I ordered over a month ago with no idea what happened to it, and ordering spa chemicals has to be done through a secret process.

The staff at the Albany branch are just the nicest, most helpful, friendliest, knowledgeable and professional team I know. I bought my spa over ten years ago and at every turn they have been there to ask questions of, give the right advice, tell you how to solve problems. When they come to visit they are so focussed and knowledgeable that any problem gets solved in super quick time. If you want a team that remembers your name then this is the one. They are the very best.

Purchased a re-conditioned Spa from this company. It was pre -checked and cleaned. The customer service is excellent, they are always available to answer questions. I am really pleased with the condition of the spa, the extra power costs are negligible too. Highly recommended.
