“Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. If you want better comfortable seating Manukau is the place to go, Takanini is a joke, I'll never go back their it's disgusting, Manukau has always had high standards, and service is high as well.”

“Would reccomend!!! i went last night to watch five nights at freddy’s 2 when it came out!! me and my partner watched the 9:15 screening. movie is 10/10 would watch but the staff was the best part. they were all so nice & kind!! their customer service skills were so amazing made the night even better. to those working on a thursday around 9pm you guys are all fab & would 10/10 recommend you go at this time :) i hope yall get some pay rises!!”

“From the first moment we walked into Albany Community Preschools' gates, we have felt welcomed and 'taken care of'. The teachers are all so lovely and warm. They have taken the time to get to know our son and he is excited to go to Preschool each day. He has even asked to go to school on the weekend and when I pick him up he wants to stay a little longer. Cannot recommend this preschool more!”

“I cannot recommend New Shoots Coatesville highly enough. Our little one started at eight months & from our first visit we felt so confident in the wonderful team looking after her. She absolutely loved her time at the Centre & we felt so happy about her care, experiences & opportunities. The imaginative & varied activities have been wonderful, she slept better at daycare than home & the homecooked food was a huge hit. Every single member of staff is a credit to the Centre. We also loved our daily updates on the Storypark app. The team were great at adapting & focusing on individual children's needs & we have seen our little one blossom during her time with the team. We have left the area & so New Shoots & leaving was the hardest part of our move. Our next daycare has so much to live up to! Thank you to the whole team.”
