We are absolutely loving New Shoots, the staff are fantastic with Korbyn and have made the experience so easy for us to navigate. We love the environment and have a nice sense of belonging when we are in the centre.
Exceptional! Tanya from reception is an absolute sweetheart and ALWAYS (come rain, come hail, come sunshine) makes your child and you feel SO welcome! The entire centre is beautiful and luxurious. The in house Chef cooks meals that smell like heaven (you smell it when you walk in). The teachers are all so kind and concerning about each child’s education, health and happiness. Lastly, as a Christian mom, I found it truly special that my son’s teacher asked me whether I want to send a storybook with my son to school during Easter as she knows we are a family who loves Jesus!
Beautiful, so caring and thoughtful daycare that feels like a second home. Nikki has been wonderful as well as Christina and Zivana. I couldn't speak highly enough and they make me feel so at ease leaving our daughter in their care and going off to work. They are flexible, lots of beautiful natural toys and a wonderful outdoor space. Nutritious meals and they just go the extra mile. Well worth the drive from our home.
I cannot recommend New Shoots Coatesville highly enough. Our little one started at eight months & from our first visit we felt so confident in the wonderful team looking after her. She absolutely loved her time at the Centre & we felt so happy about her care, experiences & opportunities. The imaginative & varied activities have been wonderful, she slept better at daycare than home & the homecooked food was a huge hit. Every single member of staff is a credit to the Centre. We also loved our daily updates on the Storypark app. The team were great at adapting & focusing on individual children's needs & we have seen our little one blossom during her time with the team. We have left the area & so New Shoots & leaving was the hardest part of our move. Our next daycare has so much to live up to! Thank you to the whole team.
Hi all.. Ive got 2kids, both went to Newshoots. We have had our oldest child in many schools and i can proudly say that Newshoots is the best school out of all the other schools we experienced. The staff is super friendly and nice, they all have the best interests for the children, they are super patient with the children. Our kids were happy and excited to get dropped off in the morning, i fully trust my childrens care in Newshoots. The facility is beautiful with lovely modern and nature look. They have nice big classrooms where all the fun happens. The food they serve the kids is top notch 5star food. The playground is spacious for the kids with lots of stuff to keep them busy and get their energy out for nap time.. For me what makes Newshoots above the rest is that the professionalism they practice 24/7 is excellent, all staff do first courses and have regular meetings and workshops. I can trust the care of my kids in Newshoots because i know they are SAFE and i can go ahead with my day less stressed... Thank you Newshoots for all you do and you will always be the best...
Such an awesome daycare, every single teacher is so kind and caring. They also do so much with the kids with play and learning (both little and big kids). My baby and 3 year old love it so much and makes it so easy for me to go to work knowing they are very well cared for and happy. Would definitely recommend!
We couldn't recommend New Shoots more! Our 2yr old started attending at the beginning of the year. It was his first experience at daycare, away from home and his close family. Needless to say, the first few weeks were rough! His teachers, however, helped with the transition and were very gentle, caring and understanding. Eventually he adapted to the new environment and, now, he really enjoys going to 'school'. The premises are beautiful, the food is healthy and we feel that our child is well looked after. I also love the daily updates on his progress and the stories/photos posted on the app - they really make me feel engaged and closer to him.
We have our 2yr daughter and 4yr old son at New Shoots and they love it. Everyone there is amazing and it's a great overall balance of indoor and outdoor fun and learning along with some occasional excursions! Being a new facility it has everything you could want or need for your kids.
I’m very glad that we’ve transferred our little one to this centre. It has offered all what we’ve asked for. A beautiful centre with a team of very capable teachers.
Our little girl attends New Shoots Coatesville and has settled in really nicely. The team are wonderful and the resourcing is excellent! I often want to stay and play!
