I’ve been meaning to post this review since October 2024 but somehow delayed, but sometimes you can’t forget a bad experience — and reviews exist for a reason: to inform others. I can’t comment on her actual services, as I never got that far. I booked through Google reviews recommendation assuming she’d be good, but her approach to customer service was completely off. It even took weeks for her to process a refund. On top of that, she was quite rude — saying we had “wasted her time” by booking and paying. The funny thing is, her own system doesn’t even allow bookings without payment. It’s ironic, really — who would pay for salon services upfront without knowing what the experience will be like? I do respect small business owners, and I believe she’s running this on her own from home — which is admirable. But that’s exactly why professionalism matters even more. Running a business means treating customers with respect, not being rude or dismissive. I DONOT RECOMMEND this salon services.
Gabe has worked wonders on my skin over the past 3 years; it's never been better. I just leave what I need in her capable hands and she never disappoints! Her products are amazing, and she is knowledgeable. On a personal level, she has become a good friend and great therapist!!!

I always leave an appointment with Gabi feeling like a million bucks, regardless if a quick lash and brow tint, facial or treatment. Long time customer (14+ years) and followed her around from the North Shore up to Millwater. Her clinic is so nice and peaceful, it really feels like a treat each time I have an appointment, amazing supply of products which Gabi is extremely knowledgeable on and my skins needs. Gabi is the best and would highly recommend!

Gabrielle is super lovely and so knowledgeable about skincare. I have been struggling so much with my acne and went in to do a deep cleansing facial and it was so nice and relaxing, had an LED treatment too which I saw instant results straight after! Definitely going back to work on my skincare journey without paying an arm and a leg for it.
