“Grace helped bring my vision to life every step of the way - the communication whilst designing my chest piece was amazing, she was flexible and catered to everything I wanted it to incorporate. The tattoo process was very comfortable as she catered to my needs as an autistic. I have had many tattoos and never feel as safe and comfortable as I do when getting tattooed by Grace. The space itself is warm, inviting, comfortable, clean and cozy. I always recommend her to others and will continue to get tattooed by her. Everything heals and ages well. “I have been attending this dentist for over ten years. The service is excellent in every respect. My dentist, Christine Johnson is friendly, communicates well and makes me comfortable during dental procedures. I feel I am treated like a human being not like an object in a dentist chair. Communication throughout treatment are excellent. I am kept aware of costs through accurate quotes and options. On occasions the work has been done under what was initially quoted. The dental hygienists are friendly, competent and attend to my comfort during dental cleaning. During my last appointment I treated by Annalise Wood. She proved to be an excellent communicator, very important to me as I am profoundly deaf, have a cochlear implant and being in a dentist’s chair presents unusually difficult communication problems. The practice makes time available at short notice when a dental problem arises, and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice on a couple of occasions. When early for one of these I was given a biscuit and a cup of coffee. I am interested in technology. The practice keeps up to date with technology and are well informed about current best procedures in dentistry. In addition to the usual x ray equipment, they have a state-of-the-art binocular microscope, 3D printer and a scanner all of which have been used to my advantage while undergoing dental treatment.”

Shona's expertise was invaluable finding the right family friendly resort and securing mountain accomodation for all 10 of us in one fabulous house. All the travel and transfer details looked after. “So nice to meet Hayley today when I took Earl to her for his first visit to The Gentle Groomer. The emphasis here has to be on the word gentle.Warm, caring and welcoming would be a few other words I would use when talking about Hayley. Earl has not had the best of experiences with groomers previously and being an anxious little one I was hoping to find somewhere and someone that could make his haircut day more enjoyable and less stressful for him. We hit that jackpot today. He looked wonderful when I collected him, loved the shaping around his face, eyes, and mouth particularly. Hayley’s policy of only ever one dog at a time also added to the calming experience that Earl had today. Thank you so much Hayley and Earl looks forward to seeing you again in December.”

“By far the best Veterinary Hospital I've ever had. The staff are amazing, they are friendly, knowledgeable, even the student that was there at the time with the vet was incredible and so helpful. They were keen to help our dog, to take care of her while she was there and to go above and beyond to make sure she was okay. Our Samoyed loves them and I am so happy to have found this place, they couldn't have chosen better people to be there. I would recommend everyday of the week!”

“After reading and hearing all the amazing feedback from the local community, I had to try a Burger and Chips. The Chicken Burger was Huge and full of Real ingredients, I went with the Chicken Aloha Burger. The seasoning was perfect, the flavor combinations with bacon and pineapple were exciting and filling! *Real Chicken lovely and Tender, the salad components all fresh and crispy. I couldn't finish all the chips myself, the aoli sauce just topped it all off well. Highly Recommend!! If your passing through Hellensville, pop in and try one of their meals. “We heard about K9 Heaven through the council when we rescued a dog from the Henderson Pound which we ended up taking to K9 Heaven and since then we’ve taken all our dogs there. Doggydan recommended K9 Heaven as well. Our dog Loki that was found on the southern motorway in Auckland at 12 weeks absolutely loved K9 Heaven and so did his companion our little staffi. They are brilliant with the dogs. The staff are wonderful, I know my dogs enjoyed it there because they didn’t want to come back out. I highly recommend anyone to take their dogs to K9 Heaven. I haven’t come across another daycare like it when they get to go on a pack run and play in the mud in the creek and have a shower and come home smelling nice thank you everyone for the brilliant Service .”

“I had an annoying scraping noise behind a brake rotor thanks to a stone that had taken up residence there. I did a drive-by and they happened to have a spare hoist at the time. It took a bit of effort to find and remove the little bugger, car up on the hoist and wheel and rotor removed - probably close to a half hour's labour - then they sent me off without charging me !! How's that for good service?”

She was cool, calm and collected and definitely felt at ease under Robs supervision.
